The substrate:





The substrate of a single-sided board is typically an insulating material, such as FR-4 glass fiber. These materials provide structural support and electrical insulation for the circuit board. one









Conductive layer:





One side of a single-sided board is covered with conductive copper foil, which is used for wiring and connecting electronic components. The copper foil is etched to form the required circuit patterns.









Cover film:





It is covered on the surface of copper foil to protect the copper foil and prevent it from oxidation. The cover film is usually an insulating material, such as polyimide (PI), etc.
